With over two decades of experience in the London insurance market and a long track record of managing large losses across multiple business lines, Michelle now specialises in helping lawyers strengthen their performance, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and business development approach to build confident, sustainable careers.

After passing the New York Bar Exam in 2019, she moved into a senior business development role, bringing together her legal insight and commercial experience, before going on to found Fell.

Michelle’s expertise is underpinned by extensive training in coaching, emotional intelligence (EQ-i 2.0), Neuro-Linguistic Programming, psychotherapy, and business and leadership development. This blend of skills uniquely equips her to help lawyers unlock their full potential, develop a thriving practice, and stand out in a competitive market.

As a former client herself, Michelle understands first-hand what truly matters to clients and the lawyers they instruct. She combines that perspective with insights from her research into the client–lawyer dynamic to deliver practical, evidence-based strategies for both business and personal growth.

Rebecca brings over 20 years of insurance industry experience to Fell, supporting Michelle across all areas of the business.

Her background spans claims handling, TPA management, litigation oversight, underwriting, and compliance, with senior client-facing roles across an MGA, a global TPA, a law firm, and a SaaS product — all within the Lloyd’s and wider London insurance market. Known for her ability to translate complex operational challenges into practical, people-centred solutions, Rebecca is passionate about improving communication, efficiency, and outcomes across the claims and legal ecosystem.

A qualified acupuncturist as well as an industry leader, Rebecca blends strategic thinking with a human-centred approach, helping clients and teams achieve clarity, confidence, and better outcomes.
